Having mastered ancient printmaking methods and materials, award-winning artist/master-printmaker, Ian Kochberg, has dedicated himself to creating unique works of art for over four decades. More recently, Ian has been fusing his time-honoured techniques with modern technology. Meticulously hand-drawing up to 36 layers of colour, intricate calligraphic illuminations are married to select quotations and music. This adaptation of new and ancient media has enabled the creation of very unique custom works of art. Currently, Ian is working on a very large musical piece. This, the largest work of art he will ever have created, will be unveiled at the upcoming Images Studio Tour!
